Payment / Prices
- We accept Paypal, all major credit cards and payment by direct transfer. Due to the high cost, we charge an extra fee for using PayPal (for more information, see www.paypal.com).
- The best method for buying online is to use a credit card
- Prices are retail prices in euros or, depending on your country of visit, US Dollar, Swiss Francs, Norwegian kronor or Japanese YEN
- The prices on the product page are in euros and include a Slovakian VAT of 21%.
- The tax and shipping costs will be calculated based on your address during checkout. We charge you for the VAT percentage of the country you are ordering from.
- Prices at the time of your purchase apply to your order.
- The prices do not include import fees, customs fees, taxes and other duties charged by your local government.
Shipping / Delivery
- Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all orders will be shipped within five days after your payment has been received.
- Your order will be shipped to your indicated address.
- We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
- We are not responsible for import fees, customs fees, taxes and other duties charged by your local government.
- Once the package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- If a package cannot be delivered by our carrier for any reason, or if you refuse the package, you will be charged for all shipping costs.

Refunds / Exchanges
- We make and ship our items with care. If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please send us an email within five days after you have received your item.
- You can send your order back at your own cost after you have received a confirmation from us. Once we have received the item in its original, new condition, with the original packaging, we’ll give you a refund or exchange. If the item is not in its original condition, we have the right to refund you partially or not refund you at all.
- If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for all additional shipping costs. The new item will be shipped after the returned item is received in its original condition.
- If you send your item back to us, don’t forget to write in the shipping documents that it is a return shipment. If this is not mentioned, the customs that we have to pay are at your expense.
- Custom orders are an exception in the “refund/exchanges” part of these terms and conditions. Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged since they are custom produced for you.
- We have the right to cancel your purchase and refund your money at all times.
